To collect Avios with Airbnb, you'll need to book your Airbnb stay through the Avios website or app.

Simply follow our 'Book now' links on this page, and we'll track your visit to Airbnb.

You can collect Avios on any stays, experiences and services you book and your Avios will be awarded 60 days after your stay completes.

You can collect 2 Avios for every £1/€1/$1 spent spent on your Airbnb booking.

We're sorry, but Avios can't be awarded against taxes or fees.

Your Avios will arrive in your account within 60 days of your Airbnb stay completing.

They won't show as pending in your account, but rest assured, they're on their way.

If you have any questions regarding missing Avios in your account, please reach out to us at missingaviosairbnb@ba.com.

If you make changes to your booking, your Avios may not update automatically.

Once you have checked out and received your Avios award, simply get in touch with your final receipt and we will make sure your Avios reflect the final value of your stay.

Terms and conditions

  1. Eligible participants must be a Member of The British Airways Club, which is free to join.
  2. Customers must be logged into their British Airways Club account on Avios.com during the booking process. 
  3. Customers must have cookies enabled in the browser and complete the booking in the same session for Airbnb to track the booking and to collect Avios. After clicking 'Book Now,' they will be redirected to the Airbnb website to complete their booking and collect Avios.
  4. Only Avios can be collected, not tier points.
  5. The collection rate of Avios for Airbnb bookings is 2 Avios per £1 / $1 / €1 spend.
  6. Bookings paid in GBP (£), or EUR (€) will be converted to USD ($) to apply the Avios award.  Avios will not be awarded against taxes or fees.
  7. The membership number of the intended beneficiary of the Avios must belong to the individual making the booking.
  8. Avios will be credited to the intended beneficiary account within 60 days of the completed stay. The transaction will not appear in your pending transactions at avios.com/manage-avios/activity.
  9. Base Avios will be credited in a single transaction. Any bonus Avios earned will be credited in a separate transaction.
  10. If customers have any queries regarding missing Avios, please contact missingaviosairbnb@ba.com.
  11. Missing Avios claims must be submitted within 6 months of booking date.
  12. All bookings are subject to the Airbnb Terms of Service.
  13. Cancelled reservations will not be eligible to earn Avios and amended bookings may result in a change in the Avios collected.
  14. Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with the Avios Terms and Conditions. For more information, please visit the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
  15. Avios collection rates, promotional or bonus Avios rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
  16. British Airways reserves the right to remove any Avios and close any account that we believe has dishonestly obtained or redeemed Avios.
