The stated reward is for New, Classic members only booking Upscale Hotel Bookings (Peppers,Art Series, Mantis, Swissôtel, 21C Museum Hotels, Hyde, Adagio Premium, Grand Mercure, Mövenpick, Pullman, The Sebel). Other booking will receive a lower reward.
Rewards are only available on hotel building bookings. No rewards are available for any other products or services (including cruise ship accommodations).
You will not earn any rewards on additional nights booked or for any expenses at the hotel or if the stay has not been completed regardless of the types of booking including no-cancellation bookings.
If any modifications or changes are made to your booking (i.e. changing of the hotel, room upgrade or amending the date of the stay) it will cause the rewards to be invalid.
Untracked queries can only be investigated 15 days after your booking (stay) has been completed, all claims raised before 15 days will not be investigated and will be declined.
Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
