If you are redirected out of the John Lewis & Partners app to the mobile site your order will not track and you will not receive your rewards.
For Made to Measure orders, you must ensure the order is completed on the mobile site or desktop and not via the app in order for your rewards to track.
If orders are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' orders no rewards will be given.
If there are four+ items within the technology/ telephony category in one order, this won't qualify for rewards.
From 1st February 2026, customers will now have 6 months from the date of purchase to submit their transaction queries in order for them to be processed. If the transaction query is for an order placed more than 6 months before the submission, the query will be declined
Reward will not be given when a staff discount is used.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
