Collect Avios online with trainline
Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and vouchers which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.
No rewards given on Hotels or Theatre bookings, Eurostar tickets, Season tickets, purchases of a Railcard or Business account purchases. Rewards calculated excluding delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges.
Please do not check out items that are previously saved in the basket. You must go to trainline via our site, select your products and then check out in one session. The transaction recorded within your Purchase History can only be validated for rewarding 90-120 days after the completion of your booking/stay. When submitting a claim, please provide the 10–12 digit Transaction ID exactly as it appears in your Trainline booking confirmation email. Claims submitted without this Transaction ID, or with an incorrect format, may be declined or result in significant delays.
Please note that currently purchases/bookings made via the trainline app will not track, you must ensure that when all purchases/bookings are made via the desktop website.
Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
