● This promotion can only be used when making an initial purchase or at a customer’s annual renewal (or 12th monthly renewal).
● To be eligible for rewards on their annual renewal, customers must apply the code
SMARTPOINTS in the “My Account” section of the Urban Jungle website. The code can only be
applied between 23 and 4 days before a customer’s annual renewal date (or 12th monthly
renewal). Rewards cannot be claimed if the code is applied after the policy has renewed.
● Rewards will only be earned on valid purchases which are completed by clicking on the link
on the rewards site and then purchasing a policy.
● Rewards will only be earned on valid annual renewals (or 12th monthly renewal) where a
customer clicks from the rewards site to the Urban Jungle website and applies the code to
their account.
● Following the rewards link and purchasing a new policy or applying the code to an annually
renewing policy must be completed immediately and fully online.
● If a customer obtains a quote through a price comparison website and purchases here,
they will not be eligible for rewards.
● In order to be eligible for rewards, the policy must still be in force 90 days after the policy
start date or annual renewal date.
● Rewards will be issued to the customer within 12 weeks of a customer becoming eligible.
● This promotion is only open to UK customers over the age of 18 who purchase an insurance
policy from Urban Jungle.
● This promotion is available only on Urban Jungle’s standard buildings & contents insurance,
buildings insurance, and contents insurance products.
● The promotion is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and is not to be used in
conjunction with any other promotional offer.
● Rewards will only be earned if the insurance premium is paid in full or, for customers paying
monthly, if payments are kept up to date.
● Rewards cannot be earned if a customer uses ad blockers or cookie blockers, as this will
prevent the sale from being tracked.
● Urban Jungle reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its
absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases the
customer will not be eligible to receive the rewards.
● Urban Jungle reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the rewards at any time, for any reason, without explanation. Urban Jungle also reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any decision made by Urban Jungle in connection with the
promotion will be final.
● The terms and conditions of this promotion do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of
any of the Urban Jungle’s Insurance policies.
● Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt and use of the offer may result in the
forfeiture of the rewards and termination of the insurance policy.
● Please do not contact Urban Jungle with regard to rewards from the rewards site. Urban
Jungle’s customer service team cannot resolve rewards enquiries. All queries relating to this
promotion must be raised with the rewards site.
● Urban Jungle reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered
necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise
unlawful use of their website.
● Rewards are only available to customers located in England, Scotland and Wales.
● Urban Jungle calculates rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
● A missing transaction query must be submitted within 200 days of the transaction, if the
transaction does not track automatically.
● All queries relating to rewards must be raised on this site. Urban Jungle cannot
resolve any rewards earning enquiries.
● These terms and conditions are to be governed by English law and are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
