Why have the Avios I have collected through in-store offers not appeared in my account?
If you return an item and receive a refund, the Avios you collected will be deducted from your account.
To collect Avios for in-store offers, you must register the payment card used to make the purchase up to 24 hours before the purchase.
You may not collect Avios if the same payment card is registered with another "card-linked offer". To avoid this, ensure that you remove or delete the card from any other program and re-register the same payment card on the Avios shopping website.
If you don't see your Avios pending in your account within 10 days of your purchase, you can make a claim for missing Avios.
